Lebobe
Guardian of an Italian-rooted expertise —
since 1998, wherever excellence is expected.

The Legacy
onvinced from an early age that men's grooming was my calling, I began shaving and cutting hair long before my formal apprenticeship — in my mother's salon. That is where it all began: the first gestures, a passion that simply needed room to grow.
At school, my director took me under his wing and passed on what the textbooks had long since forgotten: the art of straight razor shaving, the discipline of the precise gesture, that uncompromising standard that leaves no room for approximation.
I carry this legacy today with the same pride with which it was entrusted to me. To be a barber is to preserve a craft, to cultivate a sincere attentiveness to others. Thirty years on, that standard has only deepened — refined through every encounter, making each shave a living thread between generations, where tradition and modernity meet without ever betraying one another.

The Vision
hat is offered here is not a service. It is a rare experience — a return to the origins of men's grooming. In a world of constant motion, the barber's chair remains one of the last sanctuaries where time is allowed to find its proper rhythm. A space where the age-old ritual of shaving is a rite in itself, where precision is accompanied by a precious silence, and where that singular trust — which has always united a man and his barber — is established naturally.
Julien Lebobe has built his entire practice around one conviction: the quality of a service is measured as much by what one feels as by what one sees. Every detail is considered to inspire a state of calm and distinction. A way of life, perpetuated with exacting care, in service of the contemporary gentleman.
Julien carries this vision well beyond the traditional salon. He brings it to where exceptional men are found: in private estates, corporate settings, iconic and unconventional venues alike. This luxury comes to you — never the other way around.

The Itinerant Concept
o step beyond four walls and embrace a travelling practice — that is Julien's choice. For over 20 years, clients came to him. Now, he comes to you, with a fully self-contained setup designed to integrate seamlessly into any setting of excellence without ever altering its atmosphere.
At the heart of his concept: the Belmont chair — an iconic Japanese barber chair and a statement piece in its own right. Around it, a curated collection of precious tools, each with its own history, transported and installed by Julien, with no logistical burden on his hosts.
From private Provençal estates to rooftop terraces of Riviera palaces: each venue becomes, for the duration of a service, a salon of prestige. Adapt to the space, to become one with it — never the reverse.

The Commitment
hree values govern every service Julien Lebobe delivers: discretion, adaptability, and excellence. Discretion, first and foremost — because Julien is there to perform. He understands what his clients share: a moment of quality, precious and personal, one that creates or strengthens bonds. His role is to elevate that moment in silence, never to impose upon it.
Adaptability is second nature. Julien adjusts his approach with the same precision he brings to every gesture — drawing on an experience that has taught him to read a space, anticipate needs, step back where appropriate, and assert himself, with elegance, where it counts.
Excellence, finally — not as an aspiration, but as a baseline. The traditional rituals of Italian shaving: the blade stropped on leather, the rich lathered soap, the warm towel, the cold towel, the talc spray — each a measured gesture in a service of rare refinement.
« The straight razor does not lie. It demands absolute presence — to the gesture, to the man, to the moment. »
